All ewatchfactory orders take approximately 21-24 days to be custom built, shipped, and arrive at your delivery address. You can trust that your ewatchfactory order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We ship our watch designs and products via FedEx or UPS to anywhere in the United States.
FedEx and UPS will not deliver to a PO, APO or FPO box.
The ewatchfactory manufacturing facilities are located in China. Due to this, all ewatchfactory shipments are required to clear through US Customs upon arriving in the United States. While our shipping process usually takes less than the fully alotted 24 days, from time to time US Customs Agents can decide to hold our product for additional inspection, delaying our otherwise speedy shipping. Due to this, there is no way for ewatch to guarantee an exact delivery date of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
